getBettor is run by Pyramid3 (Scottsdale, Arizona). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What this site is

Statistics, projections and opinions about NFL games, published for entertainment and research. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and nothing on it is a promise about how any game or bet will turn out. Projections are often wrong. Past results, including the Record tab, do not predict future results.

What this site is not

• We are not a sportsbook. We don't take, place or settle bets, and we never hold your money.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, any team, any player, or any sportsbook named on the site. Sportsbook names are used only to say where a line was seen.

You must be 21 or older

This site is for adults aged 21 and over who are located where sports betting is legal. Whether and how you may bet depends on where you are. Checking and following those rules is your responsibility.

Your decisions are yours

Any bet you place is your own decision and your own risk. Never bet money you can't afford to lose. Lines and prices move, and players are ruled out late. Always confirm the current line, price and player status with your sportsbook before betting.

How the record is kept

Each pick is saved with the sportsbook, line and price shown at the time it was published, and graded against exactly that. Published picks are not edited or deleted. A pick on a player who is ruled out before kickoff or does not play is marked void and counts as neither a win nor a loss. Picks made before a sportsbook line was available are labeled "estimated line" and kept out of the record.

No warranty and limit of liability

The site is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. Data comes from third parties and can be late or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pyramid3 is not liable for any losses, including betting losses, that come from using the site.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Arizona law governs these terms.
